14 Part Section of Microscope and Its Function [+ Image]
In the biological
sciences, the role of the microscope we are aware of is very great. Without the
tools invented by Zacharias Janssen in 1608, the studies of the small life or
the smallest part of the living beings would be suli to do. However, we
certainly realize that at this time many of us who do not know how to use a
microscope. Let alone to know how to use and care for it, lha part of the
microscope and its function sometimes we do not know.
Section of Microscope and Functions
Recognizing the
importance of using microscope skills in biological science learning, it is
deemed necessary for us as school students to learn how to use a microscope by
first identifying parts of the microscope and its functions in detail. Here
please understand the microscope picture and its parts.
Ocular lens is a lens
that is located close to the eye of the observer. This lens serves to form a
virtual image, upright, enlarged from the objective lens.
The objective lens is a
lens that is close to the observed object. This lens serves to form a real,
reversed, enlarged image. Enlargement of the objective lens can be adjusted by
the revolver part of the microscope.
The tube microscope or
tubus is a tubular microscope that serves to adjust the focus and connect the
ocular lens with the objective lens.
Macrometer or rough
player is a part of the microscope that works up and down the microscope tube
quickly.
Micrometer or smooth
player is a part of microscope that works up and down the microscope tubes
slowly. The size is generally smaller than the macrometer.
Revolver is a part of
the microscope that serves to adjust the magnification of the objective lens.
Reflector is a part of
the microscope that serves to reflect light from the mirror to the object that
is observed through the hole that is on the table object. Reflector consists of
two types of mirror, ie flat mirror and concave mirror. The flat mirror is used
when the required light is met, while the concave mirror is used when the light
conditions are low. The concave mirror works to collect light.
A diaphragm is a part
of a microscope that functions to regulate the amount of light entering.
Condenser is a part of
microscope that serves to collect light. This tool can rotate and up-down.
The work table or
microscope table is a microscope that serves to put the observed object.
Glass clamps serve as a
coating object so as not to shift when observed.
The microscope arm
serves as a grip on the microscope.
Feet microscope functioning
support or microscope support.
The inclination or
angle junction is a tool or part of a microscope that serves to adjust the
angle of the microscope.
Well, that's the 14
parts of the microscope and its function. Hope it helps your schoolwork. Leave
a comment for improvements to article parts of the microscope and this function
if deemed necessary. Regards.
